Are any express shipping options available?
	We do not offer any express shipping options at this time.
Are there any additional customs charges for Canadian orders?
	Yes. Canadian Customs authorities will assess each parcel with duty and federal sales tax base on retail selling price. This extra surcharge will be collected at the customer's door, on a COD basis, by the delivering carrier, which may also include their own service charge for their efforts.
How will my order ship in the United States and Puerto Rico?
	All domestic and PR orders, including free trial orders, are sent via USPS. By utilizing the U.S. Postal Service®, Sleep Squares delivers to every U.S. address, including P.O. boxes and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. All domestic and PR orders are shipped with a tracking number for reference.
How will my order ship to Canada?
	All Canadian orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking shipment through to final delivery is not available.
What are the Shipping & Handling (S&H) charges for my order?
	Sleep Squares 2 Week Free Trial Promotion: The S&H fee is $6.95 $5.00. Sleep Squares 1 Month Free Trial Promotion: The S&H fee is $14.95 $10.00. Sleep Squares 1 Month Supply (30 Count Box) and 1 Week Supply (7 Count Box): The S&H fee is $4.95 per order. Sleep Squares Auto Ship Program (US & PR): The S&H fee is $4.95 for initial shipment and then Free Shipping for all subsequent shipments. Sleep Squares Auto Ship Program (Canada): The S&H fee is $9.95 for initial shipment and then Free Shipping for all subsequent shipments. Canadian Orders: An additional $6.00 surcharge is added per order (not including Auto Ship Program and Free Trial Promotion) to the applicable S&H fee.
When will my order arrive?
	All orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. All Free Trial Promotions are usually processed within 3-5 business days. In addition, shipping via USPS in the continental United States (i.e. lower 48 states) is 2-6 business days . Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is 4-10 business days. Shipping to Military APO, FPO and DPO destinations are an estimated 10-15 business days. Shipping to Canada is 4-10 business days via USPS.
Where are Sleep Squares shipped?
	Sleep Squares are shipped to the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
Where will my order be shipping from?
	All shipments originate from our warehouse in Spencer, New York.
